Frequently Asked Questions


Enchanted New Mexico box is a monthly subscription box service. When you subscribe, you agree to auto-renewal of your subscription until you login and cancel. This means you'll receive a box each month until you cancel your subscription, and be charged $49/month on/around the 11th of the month. If you'd like to order a one-time box purchase that is not renewing, see "Gift Orders" below. 

We plan to feature new items each month. Sometimes, due to availability, we may need to substitute an anticipated monthly box item with a different product or brand. 

Gift Orders

To send a gift order, choose a subscription and add it to your cart. 

Check "this is a gift" to make the subscription non-renewing (meaning a one-time gift). 

Be sure to double check the recipient shipping address—we are not responsible for incorrect addresses or boxes that are returned undeliverable. 

Please enter the recipient's email address—this is the only notification they will receive that the gift is from you.  A physical note is not included. 

You will need to place individual orders for each gift you want to send. Boxes only ship once per month, on the 5th of each month. We are sorry, we cannot accommodate custom shipping at this time.

Shipping & Billing

Enchanted NM Boxes ship on/about the 5th of each month, and your billing renewal is charged on the 11th of each month. Please ensure the shipping address is entered correctly—we are not responsible for shipments that go to an incorrect address or that are returned to us.

Charges on your statement may appear as Legacy Pecans. 

Cancellations 

Cancellations made before the renewal date of the 11th will not be charged. Please login to your account to cancel no later than the 10th of the month. Cancelling your subscription does not cancel unshipped packages after the 11th of the month, it just prevents you from being charged in the future. Packages that are already charged will send. If you have any questions you can reach out to us at info@enchantednmbox.com .  If you are not completely satisfied with Enchanted NM Box, you can cancel your membership and discontinue your monthly payments at any time. Refunds

We do not offer refunds on boxes that have already been shipped. This subscription is a surprise box. If you don’t like the box contents, then that is the perfect opportunity to gift some of the items to your friends, customers, and clients. But make sure you cancel your auto-renewal so you do not receive another shipment that’s not a good fit for you. 

If your box is damaged or did not show up
